IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS
In order to process your warranty exchange or return and avoid delays or a restocking fee, please follow the steps listed below.
1: Print Your Form
Click on the proper form below, fill the form out completely and print off two (2) copies. Include one form with the package and keep the other form for your records.
A warranty exchange is used if you would like to exchange your product for a replacement. You will not receive a refund
A return request is used to return your product for a full refund. You must have purchased the product within 60 days of returning the product to be eligible.
2: Prepare Your Package
Package the items properly and include packing material to keep your items from being damaged. You are responsible for any damage or lost items while in transit back to us, this is why we strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance.
3: Ship Your Items
Ship your package to the address on your printed form.
All returns must include a completed Warranty Exchange or Return form. If you do not include the form, you will be charged a restocking fee and your credit may be delayed.
4: Please Note The Following
For RMA’s, return in original condition within 60-days of your purchase date and within 5 days of this RMA being issued to avoid a restocking fee or the item being returned.
Return your items in their original condition within 60 days of your purchase date and within 5 days of your return request authorization to avoid a restocking fee or the item being returned.
Items not returned in their original condition (this includes removed warranty labels) or without the correct and completed form may be returned back to you or a restocking fee of 20% or more will be charged.
Any missing items will not be refunded to you at the purchase price on our website (i.e. If it sells for $9.99 we will take $9.99 off the return amount).
We do not refund any shipping fees that you originally paid when purchasing, or what you paid to return the items.
Remember, NO FORM = RESTOCKING FEE OR ITEM RETURNED. If we don’t know who sent the item we can’t credit your account.
Again, we strongly suggest you purchase shipping insurance and send your package via a trackable method. You are responsible for any damage or lost items while in transit back to us.
